We guarantee your satisfaction and all products come with a 14 day cooling off period from the time of delivery.

How to end the contract with us (including if you have changed your mind)

Tell us you want to end the contract. To end the contract with us, please let us know by:

We recommend returning the goods by registered/insured post.  We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties.  Refunds will be made once the items are received by us and a confirmation email will be sent advising the refund amount.  Any postage costs paid or incurred by us in dispatch will not be refunded. 

All returns must be:

  • Unused, unopened and undamaged in any way
  • The goods need to be in the original condition as purchased 

In accordance with European legislation we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for re-sale.

Clearance item sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale or clearance items.

Shipping on return items, excluding faulty or damaged items

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. -
  • Shipping is not refunded for change of mind returns and return shipping is at the cost of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank as refunds can take up to 10 days to process.

This is due to bank processing time frames and we cannot speed up this process.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale/clearance items cannot be refunded. This excludes faulty or damaged items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver who will be notified of the return.

Delivery Policy

New Edition NZ/Green Group Collective Ltd delivers across the UK Mainland via Inxpress. You will receive a confirmation email with delivery details when you’ve made your final payment.

Oversize orders may include extra shipping costs. If this occurs our customer service team will be in contact with you. Oversize shipping costs need to be paid before orders are dispatched.

Receipt of Delivery

Any damage, wrong deliveries or shortages should be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. It is essential all packaging is retained in these circumstances otherwise this will negate any action we can take to remedy the situation. 

Deliveries will take place during normal business hours Monday to Friday.

Delivery is made to ground floor only, customer must make their own arrangements for delivery to floor levels beyond or below ground floor level.

Delivery to a work address can also be arranged but this must be specified at the time of order and be signed for by the purchaser.

Deliveries outside the EU Tax Area

For purchases made and delivered outside the EU tax area the UK Vat rate (currently 20%) will be deducted during the checkout process.  However, the purchaser is responsible for all their country’s local/national taxes due and any costs incurred pre-delivery.  They should contact their local tax office to ensure they are happy with any taxes they may incur as New Edition NZ/Green Group Collective Ltd will not be responsible for any tax charged, cost incurred or in the event of goods being returned due to non-payment of tax.  In such circumstances customers are responsible for any costs
